  • 3 tablespoons Vanilla Nutrimeal
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond or coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
