This Holiday Berry Crumble is tasty, but it’s also a great jumping-off point for experimenting.
Instead of using almond flour, it’s equally delicious using rolled oats. Try blitzing half of the rolled oats in a high-speed blender to create a crispy/crunchy texture.
Another idea: swap out the berries for diced apple!

This recipe is tasty, but it’s also a great jumping-off point for experimenting.

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1½ cups (225 g) mixed berries (fresh or frozen), washed
- ⅓ cup (35 g) almond flour
- 1 Tbsp coconut sugar
- Dash (or two!) of cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ºF/177ºC. Grease a small baking dish with the coconut oil.
- Add the berries to the baking dish. In a small bowl, mix together the almond flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the berries. Place the baking dish in the oven and let bake for 15-20 minutes. Your crumble is done when the berries are bubbling and the top is browned.
- Remove from the oven and let sit 15-20 minutes before serving.
