1⁄4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
2 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1⁄2 tsp minced garlic
1⁄2 tsp salt, or to taste
1⁄4 tsp pepper, or to taste
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender except the olive oil.
- With the machine running, slowly add oil to the blender. It will emulsify and turn nice and creamy.
