Recipe

As a menopause health coach, I love creating recipes that are both nourishing and vibrant. This beet salad with citrus dressing is a perfect example – simple, colorful, and packed with flavor. It’s more than a side dish; it’s a refreshing way to support energy and balance in midlife.

If you’ve ever wondered how to make beets exciting, this beet salad with citrus dressing brings out their best flavor. Sweet roasted beets meet zesty citrus, crunchy greens, and a light vinaigrette that ties everything together. It’s quick to prepare, beautiful on the table, and a recipe you’ll want to make again and again.

Health Benefits of Beet Salad Ingredients

  • Beets: Rich in antioxidants and nitrates, they support circulation and energy.
  • Citrus fruits (orange, grapefruit, lemon): High in vitamin C, they boost immunity and brighten flavor.
  • Leafy greens: Provide fiber, folate, and minerals that aid digestion and hormone balance.
  • Olive oil: A heart-healthy fat that enhances nutrient absorption.
  • Walnuts or pumpkin seeds: Add crunch, protein, and omega-3s for brain and metabolism support.

This combination makes beet salad not only delicious but also a smart choice for those exploring fast metabolism diet recipes.
