I’ve got a delicious and nutrition-infused smoothie bowl recipe for you. Whenever I have a smoothie like this I love eating it with a spoon. My brain always thinks … because ice cream for a meal is always a good idea. 😊

ICE CREAM MAKING TIP: Use a frozen banana for more “freeze” factors. This will give you a thicker, more ice-cream-like texture

Next Time You Crave Ice Cream, Try This


Ingredients

Scale

½ cup (120 ml) unsweetened almond milk or other non-dairy milk

½ banana, peeled and sliced

1 cup (140 g) frozen spinach

½ cup (80 g) frozen berries

3 scoops or 1 individual package of my preferred meal replacement protein powder


Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
