Flaxseed Berry Smoothie with Almond Milk

Description

Refreshing, nourishing, and hormone happy. This smoothie is your go-to for feeling light and supported from the inside out.


Ingredients

Scale

1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

1/2 size frozen banana

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime (optional, adds a zesty summer lift)

A few mint leaves

Ice cubes


Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to your blender.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

3. Pour into a chilled glass. Top with fresh berries, flaxseed sprinkle, and mint.

4. Sip outdoors, ideally with your feet up and sunshine nearby 🌞
