4 medium Zucchini (Spiralized)
1 bunch of Basil, fresh (leaves pulled)
1 clove(s) Garlic
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup hulled sunflower seeds
1 pinch Himalayan sea salt (or to taste)
1 fruit Lime (juiced)
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
- In a blender, mix: basil, garlic, EVOO, sunflower seeds,
sea salt, and lime until well combined.
- Pour over your spiralized zucchini noodles, add cherry
tomatoes, and toss gently until everything is coated well.
- Serve and enjoy!
