Ingredients

Scale

1 1⁄2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped 1/3 tomato, diced

1/3 tomato, diced

1/3 mango, chopped

1/3 cucumber, peeled, halved, and cut into slices

1⁄4 cup large black olives, halved

4 ounces chopped organic turkey breast (deli)

1/3 avocado, cubed

1⁄2 apple, cored and chopped

2 tbsp creamy citrus vinaigrette dressing (see recipe)


Instructions

  1. Toss all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Enjoy!
