1 1/2 cups of unsweetened almond milk or oat milk
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 scoop of Vanilla Nutrimeal
1/4 cup coconut milk (optional, for extra richness)
4-6 Ice cubes (for chilled version)
Pinch of sea salt
Optional: 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and frothy
3. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice
4. Pour into mugs or glasses.
5. Serve chilled or gently warmed on the stovetop.
