Description

Ingredients

2 salmon fillets

1 lemon, thinly sliced

3-4 garlic cloves, smashed

1 small red onion, sliced

1 small tomato, diced (optional)

A few sprigs of fresh thyme

Olive oil

Salt and black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C).

2. Line a sheet pan with parchment. Place the salmon fillets in the center.

3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
