- ⅓ cup (80 ml) extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
- ½ tsp sea salt
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together all of the dressing ingredients. Mix until everything is blended and starts to emulsify.
