Ingredients: 1⁄4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice; 2 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice; 1 tsp balsamic vinegar; 1 tbsp honey; 1 tsp Dijon mustard; 1⁄2 tsp minced garlic; 1⁄2 tsp salt, or to taste; 1⁄4 tsp pepper, or to taste; 1 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

Place all of the ingredients into a blender except the olive oil.
With the machine running, slowly add oil to the blender. It will emulsify and turn nice and creamy.
