1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced

Handful of fresh mint leaves

8 cups water

Ice cubes


Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, combine the sliced cucumber and fresh mint leaves.
  2. Add water and stir gently.
  3. Refrigerate for about an hour to let the flavors infuse.
  4. Serve over ice cubes for a cooling and invigorating drink.
