- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 serving vanilla plant-based protein powder
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 handful of spinach (trust me, you won’t taste it!)
- 3–4 ice cubes
- Optional: 1 pitted date for extra sweetness
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your blender.
