Ingredients

1 tsp dried red clover blossoms
1 tsp dried lemon balm
1/2 tsp dried peppermint
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger or 1/4 tsp dried ginger
2 cups filtered water
Optional: Orange slice or a sprig of fresh rosemary for added flavor
Instructions
1. Bring water to a gentle boil in a small pot.
2. Add all herbs and reduce heat to low.
3. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, covered.
4. Strain into your favorite mug.
