Ingredients
2 cups ripe papaya, peeled and cubed
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk for extra creaminess)
1 handful fresh spinach leaves
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger (optional)
1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)
A squeeze of fresh lime juice
Instructions
1. Add papaya, almond milk, chia seeds, ginger, maple syrup, and any optional add-ins (protein powder or spinach) to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Taste and adjust with lime juice for brightness.
