Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup chopped Romaine lettuce
  • 1⁄2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half 1⁄2 cucumber, peeled, halved, and cut into slices
  • 1⁄2 yellow bell pepper
  • 1⁄4 red onion, diced
  • 6 Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
  • 1 small jarred beet, halved and sliced
  • 4 ounces of cooked chicken breast, chopped

Instructions

Toss all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Enjoy!
