Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup chopped Romaine lettuce
- 1⁄2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half 1⁄2 cucumber, peeled, halved, and cut into slices
- 1⁄2 yellow bell pepper
- 1⁄4 red onion, diced
- 6 Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
- 1 small jarred beet, halved and sliced
- 4 ounces of cooked chicken breast, chopped
Instructions
Toss all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Enjoy!
