Ingredients

Scale

½ cup (120 ml) unsweetened almond milk or other non-dairy milk

½ banana, peeled and sliced

1 cup (140 g) frozen spinach

½ cup (80 g) frozen berries

3 scoops or 1 individual package of my preferred meal replacement protein powder


Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.  

Notes

ICE CREAM MAKING TIP: Use a frozen banana for more “freeze” factors. This will give you a thicker, more ice-cream-like texture
