Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

1/2 size frozen banana

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime (optional, adds a zesty summer lift)

A few mint leaves

Ice cubes


Instructions
