- 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
- 1 serving vanilla plant-based protein powder
- 2 cups packed spinach
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 handful of fresh mint leaves
- 3–4 ice cubes
- Optional: 1 teaspoon spirulina for an extra green boost
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your blender.
- Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
