Description

These coconut balls have a soft, chewy center with a nutty tahini creaminess, balanced by the light crunch of cacao nibs.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

3/4 cup almond flour

2 tbsp ground flaxseed

2 tbsp hemp seeds

2 tbsp Nutrimeal protein powder (vanilla)

1/4 cup tahini

3 tbsp coconut butter

3 tbsp raw cacao nibs

Pinch of sea salt

Dash of cinnamon

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix coconut, almond flour, flaxseed, hemp seeds, and protein powder.

2. Add tahini and coconut butter, stirring until the mixture forms a dough-like texture.

3. Fold in cacao nibs, sea salt, and cinnamon.

4. Roll into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each).

5. Chill in the fridge for 40 minutes before serving.

Notes
