Description

Cranberry walnut salad is a vibrant mix of crisp greens, ruby-red cranberries, and golden toasted walnuts. Its colorful appearance makes it a standout on any fall table.


Ingredients

Scale

4 cups mixed greens (spinach, arugula, or your favorite blend)

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup walnuts, toasted

1 small apple, diced

1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced

Dressing

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Pinch of salt & pepper


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine greens, cranberries, walnuts, apple, and onion.

2. Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, mustard, maple, salt, and pepper until smooth.
